Ingar established TheFactory in 2015, and has since the start been responsible for raising capital to TheFactory’s investment companies: TheFactory Angels I -VIII, as well as serving as Chairman. In 2019 he received the “Ecosystem Hero of the Year” award from Nordic Startup Awards for his work in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Norway.

Simon hold a Bachelor in Businerss from Westminster college in Salt Lake ity, and has been a vital part of TheFactory since 2016. He is overall responsible for all our accelerator programs, and also handles first view of all incoming dealflow.

Pia has been involved in the startups and development of companies since 2002, such as 123Tele, Mobizzand worked inNetnordicNorway until the beginning of the year 2017/18 she started as Head of Administration at TheFactory. TheFactory is the Nordic region's leading fintech and proptech accelerator and incubator, and since 2015 has accelerated more than 50 companies from the Nordic region.
